Announcement :
Dear CITI-Affiliated Institution:
The CITI program is pleased to announce the release of a new module entitled Avoiding Group Harms: U.S. Research Perspectives. This module provides learners an updated review on the topic of group harms, including some distinct groups or communities of people who may be vulnerable, identify examples of research that has harmedgroups, and consider strategies to reduce the risk of group harms. The module entitled Group Harms: Research with Culturally or Medically Vulnerable Groups will no longer be available as of August 15, 2011.
The CITI program will automatically substitute the new module in its place. For institutions preferring an international perspective, an international version of the new module will be available. Please contact the CITI program at citisupport@med.miami.edu with any questions or concerns or if you would like your institution to have the international perspectives version.
